Hey what brand of garcinia or appetite suppressant did you use? I’m looking for some but they all have bad reviews and I’m nervous

Hey there,
Sadly, I don’t remember the brand of garcinia I was using, but it was really high dosage (I think the maximum you should take per day). I used to take two pills before each meal and it helped but I developed tolerance after a while…

I am now trying glucomannan and so far so good. It probably helps that you need to take it with a lot of water - and it definitely makes me feel satiated with much less food than it would normally take.

Kind of a failure, but the good news is that I’ve been fasting since yesterday because of some health stuff I need to handle. I’ll break the fast later today, but tomorrow I’ll probably be fasting all day.

Looking forward to seeing how it shows on the scale.

Ended up eating for two days, ugh.
I will likely not be able to update this post tomorrow, but I will most likely not have any food until later in the evening.
