Hi

So i feel weird starting this, since my scale just broke and I don't know my exact weight. It's about 49kg. I had really bad couple of days, been down to 47 kg, but after failed keto, i had 3 refeed day's.. now it's time to push some more!

HW this year: 55kg(end of march)
CW:49ish
LW:47.4kg

UGW:44kg

Keto did not work for me, i like to eat what i want and only restrict in calories and do intermittent fast(22/2). I also had huge headache and insomnia problems. I have to sleep, i work 3 shifts. .

So here we go!

I tried to convince my bf, to repair the scale, but since he is picking up on my behaviors, he refuse to. So I'll just bought myself another one on monday, just for myself.

This is my meal for today. I still have to wait 8 hours to have it.

Its coconut yogurt with almond milk, strawberry whey, pshylium husk and berries. Total 205 cal(ooops).889b6369556a7f2fba356337f236c5db.jpg

Hi fam.

So i still don't know my weight. Tommorow I'm buying myself a scale.

This is today's meals. I ate grilled cheese, one chicken wing and veggies.
It's 3pm here, i still haven't eat the salad with white cheese, and my boyfriend grilled launch, so thanks to him, third of my veggies got burned, and the other third he ate.

Hi.

So, i fucked up. I couldn't sleep, so i got up at 2a.m. and eat all my calories for today.

Hot dog- 250
Banana 110
Piece of dark chocolate 50
One spoon of peanut butter 100.

Total 500. It's 600 day, so am at work now, eating small apple and drinking pepsi zero.

Tommorow is 800, but idk, seems bit much to me?

I broke the fucking scale.


It's triggering af.

I bought new one, a mehanic one for that matter. I really want it, it's is not as accurate, but you don't have to change batteries all the time. So i steped on, once. It showed 46kg. In disbelief I repeated, and something broke inside and it stuck on 20kg.

I spend next 2hours buying new one. It's digital this time.
Whatews, this is my meals for today:

Greek yogurt with protein powder(note to self:10g of pp is waaay to much for my little yougurt glass. Try like.. 4.) Apricot.

Oatmeal with apple sauce and cranberries.

Green tea with salt bagel.

Banana.

Lots of carbs and calories. Maybe i need them to finnaly get some sleep tonight.

Oatmeal recepie

Put s table spoon of butter in pan and slowly melt it with 30g of oats. After they turn bit brownish, like fried, put 200ml if almond milk over it, turn off heat and cover for some hours.

When you wanna eat them, cook them, mix them with apple sauce and put some toppings on them.

200 day.

Finnaly got to weight today.

CW: 47.2
BMI of 17.1

I'm having snack rn, it's almond milk with Psyllium husk and berries. Not a good choice, almond milk. Too gooey. Yougurt would be better. But, you know, calories.

I noticed some weird gap on my bottom teeth? I've been purging occasionally, it maybe from it? Or smokes. But i quit those months ago. I have to see the dentist. Scares the shit out of me.

Good evening.

This my dinner. Veggies with egg whites and parmesan cheese. I like to use chopsticks. I did my prep for tomorrow, it's gonna be fruit salad.
