Hi everyone, I was bored so I spent an entire hour making a plan of what I would eat if I were restricting. This is a 3 meal 3 snack plan and it’s high volume, high protein, high fiber and high calcium. It’s as nutritious as can be, so I thought some of you might benefit from this. I put a lot of research into this so lemme know if something’s not right. Stay healthy!

 

Vegan Meal plan ideal: 1200 calories with 70 grams protein, 40 grams fiber (replace whole grain toast with white bread if unused to high amounts of fiber, this will bring down fiber count to 28 grams) Filling—protein in every meal and snack with High volume. 

As cheap as possible—no meat substitutes or protein powder. 

 

9:00 AM

Breakfast: 220 calories 14 grams protein. 9 grams fiber 

Whole grain toast Ezekiel (2 slice) : 160

1/4 cup beans mashed: 50.

Cucumbers with chili powder: 10

 

11:15 AM

Snack:  200 calories 12 grams protein  2.5 grams fiber

Soy milk light 2 cups: 120

Ice

Coffee (optional)

Sugar free syrup Starbucks

Banana small (90 grams): 80

(Either blend together if no coffee or pour milk over ice, mix in coffee and syrup and have banana on the side)

 

1:30 PM 

Lunch: 220 calories 10 grams protein, 8 grams fiber

Lentil noodles 1.5 ounce: 135

Marinara 1/2 cup: 45 

Zucchini noodles 1 cup: 40 

 

3:45 PM 

Snack: 190 calories 10 grams protein, 3 grams fiber

Soy milk light 1 cup: 60 

2 tbsp pb2: 50

1 banana: 80

Sugar free syrup Starbucks 

(Blend into smoothie with some ice cubes/freeze the bananas)

 

6:00 PM 

Dinner: 200 calories 13 grams protein, 11 grams fiber

Dal 0.75 cup: 160

1 cup riced cauliflower: 40

 

8:15 PM

Snack: 170 calories 10 grams protein. 6 grams fiber

Whole grain toast Ezekiel (2 slice) : 160

sugar free jam (1 tbsp): 10

Shakeology has vegan ones, I only use half the scoop though for 80 calories lol

This looks great! I’ve just stopped my contraception so trying to practice eating better and trying to keep the purging in check.

Basically, once there was this badger and he told me the secret to weight loss was believing in the smell of your own farts. Every day since then I've taken a big whiff, and whaddya know? It works. So there you have it kids. Farting works.
