I literally hate myself! But it's fine. I had to eat shepherd's pie with my family and then stupid me decided to eat a cookie.
SW: 109 lbs
CW: 108.2 lbs
Lunch: 82 grams of gala apple- 43 cal
Dinner: 1 cup Shepherd's pie- 266 cal
Dessert: 1 chocolate chip cookie- 164 cal
Total calories- 473
It was supposed to be 200. I managed to fail on the first day. Tomorrow I will only eat 300, and 500 the next day, and 700 the following day. Then I will go back to normal 2468.

Today I actually stuck to my limit of 300!
Lunch: 1/2 cup oatmeal w/cinnamon- 150 cal
Dinner: 1 egg- 75 cal, piece of toast- 60
Total calories- 285
SW- 109
CW- 107.9
