Okay so my arms all all flabby and full of water I was just wondering if coffee helps loose water weight? Iv been eating a lot of protein so I can get some muscle on my arms.Is there anything that helps loose weight without the calories????


Highest weight = 245lbs

Current weight = 217.4 Lbs ๐Ÿ’š

Lowest weight = 105lbs

Biggest size = 3 XXL

Size = M-L

 

Height - 5'5

Sadly you canโ€™t really spot train with weight loss :( the only thing that really helps is weightloss, although gaining some muscle will help burn fat and make them look more toned. if youโ€™re looking to lose water weight make sure to drink lots of water and try things high in antioxidants like berries while reducing sodium. That usually helps me!

alright sounds good just thought there was a way to loose water weight. :)

You could take Diurex; makes you pee a lot, but definitely helps me when I feel bloatey. They have them with or without caffeine also.

Parsley is a natural diuretic that really works. Buy (or grow!) a nice fresh bunch and make tea of it...pull a handful of leaves off and brew in a french press if you've got one. It really helped me get rid of excess water when I needed to. Also dandelion tea works similarly and is sold in tea bags. Don't know if losing water is going to get you to your end goal but these are water-releasing methods I've used.
