okay so since Thursday's bad news at the doctor i've kind of been a hot mess eating whatever the fuck i want b/ping yeah no bueno i definitely went to the store and specifically bought food to b/p on ... fuck
here's some stuff I've eaten since thursday
b/ped leftover vodka sauce pasta
so.fucking.good.
snack tomatoes, fresh mozzerella, basil, extra virgin olive oil
i got beautiful heirloom tomatoes
this was between 300-600 totally worth it i also didn't eat it all
thursday night dinner:
i've been craving salmon for SO long but i'm a fucking snob and will only eat super fresh salmon so...
salmon, snap peas, and cous cous i seriously could have eaten 12 plates of this
no idea on cals
but this is still "healthy-ish"
friday i overslept so missed my son's bus so he was home with me all day
tried to make my eggs and avocado but burnt the eggs so threw them away
so chicken tender, mashed potatoes, corn and gravy for 2 hahahaha

dinner- made my bf nachos fresh pico de guyo, fresh quacamole ground turkey lots of cheese
i made a taco salad same as nachos but no chips and no cheese a FUCK TON of quacamole tho again those tomatoes are fuego
