which brings us to Thursday...i went food shopping again seriously what the fuck is wrong with me i need food shoppers anonymous was supposed to just go for like bread milk and juice

i normally try to wait a while before i eat breakfast 

like 11 or noon

but today i woke up super nauseous so i'm eating my cottage cheese peach granola thing 

 

i actually feel like i'm getting a cold or something probably from going swimming then hanging out soaking wet in the cold ass air conditioning

probably gonna have soup for lunch maybe i'll try out one of these guys

The rest of Friday's intake

 

no smoothie

didn't finish my coffee either too nauseous 

lunch soup powdered miso broth

then i sauteed some onions, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, chicken and spinach together with 1/4 cup of quinoa

okay so since Thursday's bad news at the doctor i've kind of been a hot mess eating whatever the fuck i want b/ping yeah no bueno i definitely went to the store and specifically bought food to b/p on ... fuck

my normal

 went shopping with the family

110 grill for lunch my salad was 400

but like 800 total

a cinnamon crunch bagel from panera 460

orange juice vanilla ice cream float 520

plus 150

so i'm at 2,360 so far might make cheesy garlic bread later too whatevs

 

hope you're all having a fabulous weekend

 

*update* definitely made cheesy bread and another french bread pizza ... BLAH

Tuesday my bf didn't go to work and my son had no daycare

lunch was Wendys homestyle chicken sandwich that i desperately wanted to purge but didn't

they forgot my large fries i was upset but also totally okay with it
