i've been collecting breyer horses since i was really little, and have accumulated a lot of them over the years. the first few i got as a christmas gift when i was maybe 3, and i became obsessed pretty fast. once i got older i started hunting for rarer models on ebay and started working on an actual collection versus having a few on a shelf.
more recently i started with enamel pins and am pretty proud of my collection so far, i've got some good ones.
also anything having to do with skulls or skeletons, whether it's a coffee mug or a candle or little statue, whatever. i like anything halloween related or generally creepy/odd. there is a horse skull on top of my fridge and at one point there was a shrunken head in my freezer and some embalmed things in my basement

I'm a peony hybridizer, which has actually turned into a pretty big deal sort of thing.
A friend and I are part of a bird counting project that we do every single evening together during spring and fall. Vaux's swifts, which roost communally in chimneys during migration, so basically we just hang out down at the chimney at sunset and count them as they go in.
And I do have a stamp collection.
Aside from geeky FB contacts, I don't know a single soul who does any of these things, so they probably qualify as weird interests.

Nail varnish. I have about 200 bottles, some over 10yrs old, all stored carefully as a colour-library and I do use them.
Also shoes, boots etc. Not so much a collector, more that I can't chuck them out.
Also have a thang for a nice, fresh, crisp new notebook

I like animal bones .... keep them on display in my apartment. All animals are salvaged from forests/woods, and not killed.

For hobbies, I like codes. For example I learnt the Morse code and the ICAO/NATO phonetic alphabet just so I know.

I have a tendency to collect little oddities of curios when the mood strikes me. I currently have a piece of brain coral, a random bit of Phoenix ore, a ceramic chicken, a pinhole camera, and a Canucks truck model. I almost forgot about the dried fish.

i kinda plane spotting, like climbing onto a rooftop near the airport and looking at the planes. i don't care about the aircraft or any of that, but i have an app on my phone where i point the camera towards the plane, and it tells me everything about it. it's really neat

I don't really think of myself as a collector, but I have hundreds of books, video games, bottles of nail polish, and kaleidoscopes. I know that people in my life think that I collect kaleidoscopes

Oh brother, now I'm into trying to identify moths. There are something like 20 times more moth species than bird species, and the majority of them are…not always that distinctive in their markings. I recently bought a black-light to set up outside, as that's what attracts them at night.
Then you pretty much need to take a picture of them so that you can spend interminable amounts of time scrolling through websites trying and figure out what they are.
Boy, they sure are attractive though, even the seemingly nondescript ones.
