I like a "greek" kind with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and chickpeas. You can add feta if you can have the cals, I always dress my salads with some olive oil, salt and pepper.

Any kind of asian-style salad. Make a dressing out of soy sauce and ginger and itโ€™s sooooo good

I like having quinoa in my salads. It's pretty versatile and adds a nice texture and flavor. It also helps my stay full for a while.

I really like adding strawberries, chickpeas, celery, cucumber, black pepper!!!, bell peppers, and sometimes walnuts. I never really make the same salad twice. Itโ€™s always different. But these are some things that I add that I really like. And they add a lot of flavor or different textures.

My favourite salad is caesar or one with avocado dressing but both are a lot of cals.

I normally have whatever veggies with lime juice and maybe some rice vinegar

I second the quinoa post.
However, most of the time it's just cucumber and tomato salad.
Also one time I had a watermelon salad and I was weirded out first but it was sooo good.

I didn't make it myself back then but I think it had arugula, walnuts, and feta cheese if I remember correctly. The walnuts are not exactly low in calories but if you cut them smaller and calculate the cals it can still be sensible addition ๐Ÿ‰

I especially love summer salads or w/e with tons of greens, apples, strawberries, maybe some walnuts or pecans, and a light vinegarette (spelling?).

Btw does anyone have any recs for vegan alternative to goat cheese? Or some kind of crumbly vegan cheese product?

My secret ingredients for salads are artichokes, parsley and koriander. I always add a little bit of olive oil to the dressing to make it actually taste good.

I literally just like iceberg lettuce with lowfat ranch dressing. My #1 favorite. I'm totally craving it now.
