Favourite vegetable: Turnip greens or mushrooms

Favourite carb: Potatoes [esp fried] or Texas toast

Favourite protein source: Pretty much all seafood

Favourite fat source: Ice cream

Fruit you hate: None really, but I guess I won't find myself eating a lemon anytime soon.

Vegetable you hate: Squash. No thanks.

A carb you hate: I don't like most pasta dishes, but it's not because of the pasta itself, it's because of the sauce. I HATE SAUCE

Protein you hate: I hate a lot of foods but not a lot of proteins.

Fat you hate: CHEESE.

Favourite drink: Diet Dr Pepper

Safe foods: (list) Plain oatmeal, fries [I usually eat anything I want as long as it's in my deficit]

Fear foods: (list) There are a lot of foods that I'm "scared" of eating, but it's because I find them disgusting, not necessarily because of ED reasons.

Exercise that works the best for you? If I swing for an hour, it burns around 200cals and I love swinging so that's what I do every morning.

Favourite fat source: Eh, not sure. Everything has a little bit of fat. Olive oil and avocados have good sources of fat

Vegetable you hate: Regular potatoes, it's just so hard to enjoy them because no matter how you spice them they still taste bland. I'll still eat them as mashed potatoes since you add salt and stuff

Write what triggered the binge and rethink your diet. Next day drink some tea and a small meal, don't force yourself to eat. Mistakes are normal and we are human, mistakes are part of the process.

Misused colonics or enemas? No

Favourite exercise? Biking and booty exercises, strength training is nice too

When did you start losing weight? I've been in recovery since 2017/2018 and gained over 70lbs so I've relapsed like two weeks ago and started restricting last week.

Been diagnosed? not officially as always quit before being diagnosed.
