June 5th, 2020: I've lost 3kg(!) weight loss has been slow but finally getting somewhere

Hoping to lose another 5 kg now that weight loss is easier without birth control

June 23rd, 2020: I've been plateauing on this weight, just when I thought I was making progress

July 8th, 2020: Currently on a low-carb/high-protein diet

July 27th, 2020: I've lost a total of more than 5kg,

and I am definitely losing weight faster with a low-carb/high-protein diet

A carb you hate: there’s this oatmeal with little brightly colored edible dinosaurs in it that get bigger after cooking but the dinosaurs make the texture unbearable and leave the most uncomfortable film in your mouth and they might be the only carb I hate this passionately

Fat you hate: those hunks of fat on meat or things cooked in oil but not properly drained
Favourite drink: Java chip frap (although it’s pretty rare that I have one)

Probably EDNOS, I restrict like an anorexic most days but I'm not under weight. However I occasionally purge and sometimes c/s. Also I don't consistently restrict and can binge at times. But maybe once I reach my UGW I'd be considered anorexic idk.
