-A very rare steak (filet), like so rare it’s practically blue and/or shrimp, a beautiful piece of tuna sashimi (i think it looks like a ruby)

-Cake frosting? I don’t know, something super high calorie that is absorbed quickly. I hate pasta for the most part but think it’s delicious to binge and purge.

-i don’t really hate protein??? Wait, DRY CHICKEN

-A L L O F I T. But gristle in meat is offensive. The fatty part of bacon

-Coffee or diet soda. Wine

-oh my god. Okay! FAT-FREE YOGURT, sliced turkey, watermelon, pretzels, pickles, salsa, salad, fat-free italian dressing (15 cals. for 2 tbsp!), ANY VEGETABLE (dipped in salsa), hot sauce, my boyfriend’s gorgeous steak (he’s an exceptional cook, otherworldly, and can make a gorgeous meal that is weighed, calculated, and within my “safe” range—i know i’m lucky😅), apples, sashimi, tuna rolls, avocado rolls—i pull the rice off i think is “excessive”—cucumber rolls, boiled or grilled shrimp!

-Mostly fitspo. I work out a lot. I have no desire to look sick like i used to. Used to obsess my bones. I just cannot be chubby or fat or not have lean muscle. I have to look like I exercise and take exceptional care of myself. I have to look younger than my age. I am obsessed with my skin and physical appearance. Rambling answer that got off topic😳

-Yes. I have counted my calories everyday since I was 15–save for b/p. I’m in my early 30/

-No but i have to eat at certain times. I get up very early for work (like 5:30 am) and feel like a failure if I eat before 8:30/9 am

-Yes all the time

-I don’t think so...but I have to exercise at least 3x a week and i have to look like I exercise. I need people to look at me and have it be obvious I don’t sit on my ass all day. I have to have tone in my arms, legs, butt, and STOMACH. I’ve worked out regularly since I was 12.
Take laxatives?
-NO! I have before when I was younger and don’t see the point. I would rather purge and be immediately effective if that makes sense
Abuse diuretics?
-No
Take diet pills?
-No, I did take adderall for a long time but the side effects are not worth it. I like being a person
Fast after a binge?
-I definitely eat 200 cals or less. Usually vegetables or a half serving of pretzels, low-cal popsicles
Misused colonics or enemas?
-No but I would totally do one if it was before a big event: I hate my stomach

-Not for a really long time. I’m bulimic (hope it’s ok to post here!)

Favourite exercise?
-Running, stationary bike, REVERSE CRUNCHES!!! They literally blast my abdomen and have the most amazing results, crunches on an exercise ball

-running even though i also love it and ran track for years😂

Fear foods: (list) None that last long. I think the thing I absolutely have always refused to touched was tortang talong and anything with ampalaya. Crispy pata is here because it’s a binge food. ALSO MARUYA, OKOY, AND TURON. Those are all binge foods. Make me cry they’re so good.

When did you start losing weight? Uuuuuuh. I cycle on and off. I started losing in middle school, then stagnated in college due to binging, now i’m trying to get back on the losing train. I’ll do well for a month then start binging and stay at that after five pounds weight lose for like two years. So i went 125 —> 120, stayed until high school 120 —> 115, stayed until college, 115 —> 110, here I am now.

alexander/19. i come and go every like 6 months. nothin diagnosed but my eating habits sure are disordered. height 1.89m/6'2" + change / cw ~190 / hw ~230 / lw ~180 / gw whatever looks good to me i guess

I know we might have EDNOS, but which disorder most accurately aligns with your symptoms? Nowadays I feel 100% bulimia but I'm severely underweight so maybe AN B/P idk. It started with bed in my childhood though
