I know we might have EDNOS, but which disorder most accurately aligns with your symptoms? i have a lot of orthorexic tendencies these days, but i'll cycle between that and full on restriction mode like "only goal is losing weight i don't care about muscle". who knows but the only purging i do recently is too much cardio

Favourite fruit: durian! Super creamy, but quite calorific for a fruit, so i usually i have fresh raspberries instead (but blueberries and grapes would rank higher if i can specifically pick the gourmet stuff)

 

Favourite vegetable: lol whatsa vegetable (yeah my diet is trash). Corn, I guess. Or beetroot.

 

Favourite carb: this is difficult bc taste-wise, pasta is my fav, but it's not safe lol. So imma pick tortilla wraps or oatmeal

 

Favourite protein source: those protein bars that are basically candy bars w protein powder. If we're talking real food, then shrimp, marinated tofu or falafel (srsly cant decide on one)

 

Favourite fat source: cashew nuts

 

Fruit you hate: rockmelon, makes me puke lol. Kiwi fruit is way too sour too.

 

Vegetable you hate: chayote, like idk how tf that is meant to be eaten exactly. And brussel sprouts, it has a weird strong taste to me.

 

A carb you hate: white rice. But quinoa if I had too much of it in a row and am sick of it

 

Protein you hate: honestly cant think of one. Flaxseeds? Those are both a protein and fat source, but they have a distinctive pungent taste and greasy texture

 

Fat you hate: Oil as a dressing. Barely adds taste (esp if it wasnt used in cooking but just yeeted onto the food). Super calorific, if you accidentally a bit too much, that's a lot more extra cals.

 

Favourite drink: the starbucks vanilla sweet cream cold brew bc im basic af

 

Safe foods: almost anything as long as it has a cal count that's stated and the cals arent too high to fit into my intake

 

Fear foods: anything that doesnt have a cal count and i cant reliably estimate it. Oil if i couldnt specifically weigh how much was used. Anything that's too calorific to fit into my intake unless I OMAD it and even then it's too low volume and I must feel hungry the rest of the day (e.g. pork belly, fried rice, really calorific cakes that are like 800cals a slice) 

 

Tea or coffee? Lol can i say both. But I guess decaf coffee ranks highest, followed by green tea.

 

Are you vegetarian or vegan? Nope.

 

Are you a picky eater? Hmm, does the calorie obsession thing count? Other than that, nah im not.

Do you look at thinspo/fitspo?  Occasionally. I dont like bonespo tho. The ppl I look at are probably higher BMI than me tbh, but they are more toned and have less body fat

 

When did you start losing weight? Tbh i was alr mildly disordered as a teen but that came in the form of maintaing the same weight as when I was 12. Then I started losing from there at 18, reached LW at 19, and now I've mostly gained it all back by 20.

Been diagnosed? Lol my endo knows I have an ED and straight up called me out but thankfully he never officially put it in the hospital system, bless him 

 

Been to hospital (for your eating disorder)? Not exactly, just endo appointments for the amenorrhea and low estrogen and hypothyroidism i developed from it. Also getting patched up if I pass out, but that doesnt rly happen anymore

I know we might have EDNOS, but which disorder most accurately aligns with your symptoms? I think I used to be AN-R, but now that im a higher weight and do way less disordered stuff (although i still do some of it, like i cant imagine tryna pass off c/s as normal) but yeah now maybe I'm mild EDNOS
