Kinda feel like this crowd would dig it. Interested to see if anyone else read it. Giving a very brief synopsis, an overweight, small town attorney is cursed and loses weight until he dwindles down to nothing. Some of his friends (a crooked cop and judge) suffer in other ways, basically taking the piss out of the 'good ol boys.'

Maybe it's my morbid sense of humor, but I lowkey love reading something that is supposed to be horrific and having it trigger the fuck outta me.

While the protagonist is losing his shit and throwing back any and all food and rapidly losing weight and losing his mind, I'm over here just like...

SO JEALOUS

nice, i want to read that.

ive always found the concept of starvation so fascinating, even before i was actively disordered.

i remember in year 7 my teacher was explaining starvation and i wrote a really intense poem about somebody starving to death. i would kill to find it again.
