Have any of you read Starving Hearts by Lynn Ruth Miller? I rarely see anyone talking about it, which I find odd. It's my favorite ED book of all time, and includes both anorexia and bulimia. It is realistic and also features topics like abuse, trauma and family.

If you're like me and grew up with a narcissistic and abusive mother and ended up with an eating disorder, I highly recommend you get this book.

Weird, I've never heard of it... I'll look it up though, thanks :)
