I really try but then give up and after I go back to it.  Sort of a 6 month cycle?

I do. Starting to go more often. Might end up doing almost every day. That's my cycle anyway. Exercise a lot and get obsessed. Then something happens and I stop going. But I have a one year gym membership and they have massage chairs there. So I think I will be going more often. I also have a standing gym date with a friend twice a week. So at the very least I have to go twice.

no, the only activity I do is walking but I don't even do that everyday. I used to exercise but ah idk i got pretty physically weak so i never bring myself to work out. and yeah i relate to feeling invalid but i just try to remember that we all got different bodies and reasons to exercise or not.

So I'm trying to exercise more recently since I've been wanting to do it, but the issue with me is I'm doing low impact workouts and still feel like I'm going to pass out did one yesterday it was supposed to be 25 minutes but was only able to do 10 with loads of breaks because I was so out of breathe and my heart rate felt way too high (I have a Fitbit and it was around 170 bpm on LOW IMPACT) but I'm pushing myself to do them atleast 5x a week

I used to go to the gym everyday but it's very rare that I exercise now! In high school I was super athletic, I was in marching band, and I played volleyball and basketball so I was constantly moving.

I either don't have the energy for it or I just detest it to the point where working out is out of the question. Every now and then I will have a quick cardio dance party in my room for a couple of hours or I go swimming/walking. Not hardcore exercise like I used to.

My goal is to go to the gym regularly once college starts again :-) Assuming I meet my goal weight I definitely wanna flaunt it in the gym and appear to be on the "healthy track."

Also its supposed to be good for mental health and I really need those endorphins!

I do and I love it. But it's been 3 days since I exercised because I like to do it in secret but my grandma is visiting us and it's kinda impossible now. I would love to start running but it wouldn't be a secret haha

I do. On work days I walk on average 7 miles, plus heavy lifting due to my job, then at home I do stretches and core exercises. On my days off I focus more on weights and alternate between abs, arms, and legs.

I'd be lost without exercising. It helps me destress and my mental health.

I try to, but I tend to be good some weeks and then just not move for ages, until I start again. Especially strength training and yoga are important, but zumba is more fun.... I try to get both in, for bone strength and health, but also because I don't want to be skinnyfat. It is not a good look on me.

I do.

I run but had to take a break recently because I overdid it and messed up my ankle. I do light exercise. I use YouTube videos and do weights for arms, I do abs and leg exercises daily.

When I was thinner I saw a big difference very quickly while doing the exercises. I haven't noticed much change in my arms but my stomach is getting a little flatter at least.

Exercise addict here - but I also want to say that you are totally valid if you don't! All of our EDs are going to manifest differently. Just because someone doesn't purge doesn't mean they aren't valid. If someone doesn't low restrict, they are perfectly valid. We all in this shit together

I exercise 5/6 times a week cardio

and 3 times a week I do a little strength after cardio

I wasn't doing any strength at all and I plateaued and my muscle is pretty low apparently

So I want to lose fat and replace that with muscle which will hopefully improve my low BMR:))

So leave me in the cold

Wait until the snow covers me up
So I cannot move
So I'm just embedded in the frost
Then leave me in the rain
Wait until my clothes cling to my frame
Wipe away your tear stains
Thought you said you didn't feel pain

Your head is so numb

That nervous breath you try to hide
Between the motions
That trembling tender little sigh

Hoping to lose another 5 kg now that weight loss is easier without birth control

June 23rd, 2020: I've been plateauing on this weight, just when I thought I was making progress

July 8th, 2020: Currently on a low-carb/high-protein diet

July 27th, 2020: I've lost a total of more than 5kg,

and I am definitely losing weight faster with a low-carb/high-protein diet

Yes, I will either run, do the horses (I did 11,000 steps in 2 hours at them the other day) or do a Hiit workout
