No. I can walk long distances if I had to but I don't go out of my way to exercise. When I have more money I really want to sign up to the gym but until then i'm a potato with a tdee of 1500.

thankfully exercise is pretty separate from my ED, i do it to feel good. walking is maybe the only thing that might affect how much i want to eat. mostly i do group classes, a few yoga sessions and one general strength with light weights a week. tbh i hope the gym keeps offering zoom classes forever. i got more in shape during lockdown than before lol because there's nothing to do but yoga lmaooo.

Yes. I play two sports, one at a relatively high level, plus I use the gym as a means of release for emotions to be honest. Corona has been hard in that regard.

Funnily I'm really into 'fitness' and working out, I mainly use dumbbells and other weighted exercises to build muscle so I have that 'toned slim' look, It also allows me to eat more calories as I need it, and I'm currently high restricting and finding it makes me feel really good.

I have an elliptical. Got it a couple weeks ago, used. Haven't used it yet.

I used to be really passionate about execising. I did weight lifting, running, ballet, triathlon, you name it.

But now I even feel like passing out walking the dog so I don´t see myself running anywhere lol

I´d like to do more though. I just feel incapable of eating rn and as long as I just eat a protein bar per day and drink 0cal energy drinks I won´t be able to do any physical execise

Barely, I procrastinate everything+stressed about college+lazy= I rarely do shit unlesss it's with other people or for a reason other than exercise like commuting (I mainly cycle to places bc netherlands). When the year is over and I go home in 1.5 weeks I wanna try to walk more tho, I'll be with my dog so that makes it easier to leave the house.

Unrelated to burning calories but recently I've been randomly doing 10-15 push-ups a few times a week. It's kinda a fun challlenge to me cause I've never been able to do them properly, but when I googled proper arm positioning and tried that I could suddenly do 3, form makes such a huge difference! Plus it's indoors, takes no equipment and like no time, which is great cause any extra steps, leaving the house, or time just make me dread doing pretty much anything. Would love to try pullups too but that'd require going to the park so ehhhh no

My body CRAVES exercising. If I don't, I'll have trouble sleeping, have too much energy through the day, my muscles start to ache...

But i gain muscles too easily, so I try to not exercise as much as possible. Which sucks big time.

I do cardio more for energy than aesthetics. Sweat makes me happy and it's free. A goddamn miracle. I actually find I'm less hungry after a run, which is nice, I guess, so long as I'm looking to trick my brain out of feeling faint.

Strengthwise I only do abs. Once the gym is safe again I'd love to get into lifting for shoulder purposes, though.

I do, but I still feel invalid myself haha. I don't usually exercise every day due to plans and being busy and having people right outside my bedroom watching TV (my house's layout is weird), and I don't want anyone to hear me exercise. But I never feel like it's enough. I've found a healthy balance of exercising for myself, rather than my ED so I can build a better shape for myself, get some activity in for my body, and up my strength. But I feel invalid since I don't overdo it and I'm not overworking my body to the point of serious deterioration.

I have to. last week I exercised for 17.5 hours (2.5 hours everyday). I have no control over my eating and if I don’t exercise for hours everyday I’ll gain weight.
I also want to abs and a little bit of muscle lol

Ehh kind of. If you can count me stretching and doing ballet exercises count as exercising.

Otherwise, no, I also mostly rely on high restricting and water fasting. (Well... Maybe not high restricting. I do still eat up to 1000 calories daily. I'm trying to work my way down, though.)

I'm starting to! Just started a little 15 minute workout video last night and man did it kick my butt! I was so out of breath and my heart was pounding. I haven't "exercised" in legitimately 10+ years. I did squats and leg exercises before but only in small sets. I'm planning to follow the video at night and maybe go for a walk in the morning? I would just like to do something to be a bit more active. I would love to go to a gym but that won't be happening anytime soon so I'm making do with what I got!

Yeah, 3.5h-6h walking on weekends and 5-10h gym + run + walking on weekdays.
If I go to gym I'll do 3h of elliptical and weightlifting with occasional brisk+incline walk.
I run with 3/2min run/walk intervals

I'm sorry sksksksks I suck
