I've been exercising a lot lately. It's one of the only productive things I can do to help pass time while I'm stuck at home.

i try to go for walks when it's not stupid hot outside but it's always like 85-95 where i am and idea of walking in the dark completely terrifies me lmao

Yup spin class daily, pick how long based on how many cals I've had that day... Gotta burn off enough to net < 500 / day.

I just recently got back into it but I went a long time where I just didn’t and didn’t want to. I really don’t enjoy it at this point it’s more OCD driven.

I walk sometimes. And my job is semi-active. Other than that I don't do anything because I hate sports lol.

Every day, mainly at home or then go for a walk. I get super depressed easily if I don't stay active even though I often feel like I'm actually a super lazy person. But my body is like that crazy person who exercises many hours everyday and has tons of energy all the time......

i keep 10lb weights by my desk and try to work out with them for at least 30min a day, but it isn't anything super strenuous—mostly just to try to keep all of my arm muscles from wasting away

i feel you... i love the idea of going out walking but it's so hot being outside makes me light-headed and being out at night is terrifying

I try and get some activity at least three times a week. Once I'm fully done with school in August, I'm hoping to bump it up to five or six

Not really. I used to walk miles everyday but now I just don’t anymore. Fatigue paired with a heart issue tends to stop me from even trying to exercise

i used to get up early to jog, but i just gave up. i also tried to do like, workout routines weeks ago. also gave up. why do i always give up.

i dance, but i don't do it specifically for exercise. i just really like dancing and if it helps me lose weight thats a bonus but not the reason

Every dang day, but it’s mostly a leisurely 40 min walk or a 30 or 40 minute yoga video, or 20 mins of calisthenics. If I do it for too long I’m just hot and frustrated by the end of it.
