I vacillate between moderate exercise and no exercise at all. I put a pedometer on my phone and was surprised to see how few steps I take per day.

Usually I do at the beginning of a relapse but then I gt really fucking tired bc of ED so I turn into a sedentary fatball. Which I am now. Lol does 15 squats before every shower count as exercise.

Quarantine relapse got me good lmao

I go through phases where I exercise moderately. I find that when I'm restricting, exercise is a really good appetite suppressant, and at the very least it distracts from the hunger pains.

Yes. I only recently started exercising for fitness and a boost in happy brain chemicals but overall it makes me feel great so I do it every day if possible.

I do sometimes, sometimes I don't. I really try to exercise more to be more healthy and I know I really need to gain some muscle mass. I'm just bones, fat and skin.

I do daily, it relives my anxiety about any cals I've consumed, some days I wake up early and walk in a park for like an hour and a half, every day I do a couple of interval exercises while watching tv, also the occasional cycling but I'm not super into it and it hurts my kitty lol

Yes, bc eventually I want abs and I can't get them by restricting only.

Yes - three times a week.  I did a bit of weight lifting earlier on (more muscle = higher TDEE) but the way my body is shaped it made me look pretty bulky so I focus more on resistance and bodyweight exercises, which have been great.

It makes me look better, but because I am building muscle, the scale doesn't move as easily.

Yes. I go insane when I can’t.
I usually run/lift/spin but not lifting due to not wanting to go into a gym right now.
Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

i take walks and swim and try to do some yoga every so often but i don’t use machines or anything cuz they’re not my favorite. had a stint in high school of treadmilling and hated legit all of it.

there is no one else left in wide Troy who is gentle or kind to me. they all shudder at me.
like a shadow, i am and i am not.

Not really, most of my exercise comes from walking. I do most of my exercising during the summer, going to the Y and taking various classes, I need someone to physically tell me what to do. During the school year I don't have much time to go to the gym since I typically take around 20 credit hours.

Since the quarantine I just try to go on long walks once or twice a day.

I usually like to walk a lot, do some high intensity workouts and dance daily!

I usually do short bursts of exercise throughout the day (e.g. 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes in the afternoon, 10 minutes at night), because I don't have the energy to do one longer workout without passing out and/or feeling sick. But it's mainly light exercise, like walking or yoga. About 30 minutes per day is effective for me, so I don't feel like I need to go overboard with hours at the gym or anything like that.
