i started exercising because low restricting with no exercise made me look "skinny fat" in the past. i was super flabby but small. im exercising in hopes of avoiding that again and building some muscle

Walking has been my main form of exercise during the lockdown and because its summer. I walk anywhere between 1 and 3 hours most days.

But I plan on keeping up with walking as a main exercise throughout the fall and winter because its been very fun going to the parks and nice areas in my neighborhood. And I'm getting more comfortable with using the train to get into the city again and that's my usual stomping ground for walking.

My record has been 6 hrs this summer when I got to a 35k step goal. I have another goal to do a 26.2 mile marathon walk before it gets cold, which may be about 8 to 12 hours.

Outside of that I have an old cardio machine in house that I utilize on occasion, but not super a lot since I got out walking so much, but it's there if I want a change. I also have a few free weights, and resistance bands, and a jump rope at home for when I feel like doing those types of exercises.

The gyms are still closed where I am but are expected to open up soon but I likely won't go right away. But I was in the gym a lot before the lockdown.

I like weight training but I haven't really been inspired to throughout the lockdown. Especially because I've been aiming for fewer calories overall and weight training increases my appetite. But I'm getting the training bug again and I'm aiming to do just 2 training sessions per week with light weights.

Then again when I feel like it I do some YT exercise routines or come old school cardio tapes I still have.

I wanna be special. So fucking special.

I used to compulsively exercise, and would use it to purge about 70% of the time in my bp phase, but now I just restrict and walk 10k steps

I like to take really long walks at night - it's one of my only positive coping mechanisms. I also do pushups and planks but that's about it. It's enough to give me skinnyfat abs lol.

Really want to go to a gym so I can start jogging and weightlifting but I look like ass so right now I'm too ashamed to.

Terrified of gaining muscle. Did a 28 day exercise challenge and gained 15lbs despite restricting (went over a bit on a few days) and didn’t pick the best foods so that was probably part of it but I’m scared :(

Be Kind :)

Love only,
