i'm thinking of doing 10 bites instead of 15 from tomorrow + still have my low cal juice, but i'm afraid i'll get too hungry and binge :huh:

thanks! i would lose more, but since I have an active job and I don’t plan on fainting at work, I have to have 15 bites instead of the original 10 + low cal drinks.

You should try it out. I once did it with 30 bites and I still lost weight.

I've never heard of this and I'm super curious! Do you still count calories? What do you do for foods like, say, raisins you can't take a regular bite out of?

i don't count calories at all. i take 5 full bites (either with spoon or fork) of lunch and 10 bites of whatever my mom cooks for dinner, nothing is off limits.

i usually go for foods i can eat with a spoon/fork because i want to be satisfied. i don't snack either.

Thank youuuuu, this is amazing, this seems so much easier than calorie counting, esp where I'm trying to stay under 600.  I might start doing a bowl of miso soup w spinach like I do for lunch most days and 5 bites of anything after that.

I think I may start this tomorrow, + one smoothie per day!(I just spent $95 on a shipment from Splendid Spoon so I don't want to waste the smoothies).

the weight loss is slowing down, but it’s because of my upcoming period. i end up maintaining/gaining a few days before, but I’ll continue with the diet. this is the only thing that’s been working for me so far.

So far so good today. My bites were large, an entire spoonful, but not unreasonable. I am still a little hungry but I did eat what I wanted, which was awesome. I also had a glass of wine and 2 shots of vodka a while ago! I probably shouldn't have done that.

I don't have anymore smoothies since my shipment got delayed so I don't have to worry about that in the morning.

How are you doing with it?
