thanks! i would lose more, but since I have an active job and I don’t plan on fainting at work, I have to have 15 bites instead of the original 10 + low cal drinks.

You should try it out. I once did it with 30 bites and I still lost weight.




I decided today I'm going to start 30 bites. Your thread has really inspired me.

i did see 197.8 and 198.0 on the scale, but this was the last number that showed up.

I somehow ballooned up to 144.8 in a couple of days (I think my time of the month - I gain like crazy, plus I did not behave food wise on 6/30, and my metabolism is shitty!), 144.8 was what I weighed in at this morning. I took 10 bites yesterday and 15 today. I had planned to allow myself up to 15 each day just depending on what's going on.

I’ve decided to stop this diet. I’ve been having really strong binge urges and I’m constantly hungry from doing this. I can barely sleep at night and it’s affecting my mood at work.

This was a great diet and not too difficult, but I would only recommend it for a few days.

It is really hard. Some people prefer to just fast instead of doing something like this.
