Trying to break a b/p cycle with doing the SGD and also, ofcourse, trying to lose the b/p weight.

Day #1 - 400cal

 

Weight: 63.45kg/139.6lbs [BMI:20.7]

Intake: 396cals

 

I had a good day, had a little over 500 calories but with fruit and veggies. So it's 396 without the fruit and veggies. I want to not go over my calorie limit too much with fruit and veg, because even though it might be healthy it's still calories. 

I didn't exercise much, burned around 200cals and am gonna do some yoga later. I actually got pretty dizzy this afternoon which I thought was weird because I had eaten. But oh well. Guess my body needs to adjust after the b/p of last weeks.

Thanks for letting me join you! Here are my stats :)

 

AGE: 26

H: 5'7 (170 cm)

SW: 118
CW: 117.5

GW: 100 (officially and finally underweight!)
Lbs lost: 0.5
Lbs to go: 17.5 (will see how close I get)
Days left: 29

Exercise 6 times a week

 

I'm on Day 2 now, lost 1/2 lb so far - Day 1 I had coffee, milk, and beef roast with veggies. The roast with veggies was really surprising because it killed my hunger even through waking up this morning. I didn't realize how lean of a meat it is either, kind of a win-win. I felt good all day long.

Day #2 - 300cal

 

Weigt: 63.5kg/139.7lbs (+0.05)

Intake: 327cals

 

I'm not sure why the hell I gained after yesterday but then I looked through my planner and saw that my period could be here every moment so I'm not gonna worry too much. At least, I'll try. I will keep doing my best.

 

I walked today and cleaned a lot, burned over 400cals while not feeling like I've exercised which is great. And I didn't have to change clothes so that felt good too because I feel to fat to put on my workout thights. 

 

I did feel like binging today but didn't. Instead bought a iced coffee. That helped. 
Hoping for a loss tomorrow! New month fresh start!

Wow, start of Day 3 already! No loss today... Well Day 2 seemed endless, so much so by evening I actually felt a little melancholy. I had milk, beef broth, coffee, and tea. The broth was a little disappointing; it just wasn't tasty enough. My hunger did turn up by evening which was a pain to get through. I was going to liquid fast another 2 days, now I'm so not!  lol  I'll wake up the beast and break the diet if I try to continue on just liquids. It's ok for a change-up though.

 

How are you doing Neverland?

Had a good day, my tummy is rumbling and I exercised. Hope to be under 63kg by tomorrow morning.

Start of Day 4 now...  On Day 3 I had an apple, part of a bagel (so I wouldn't go over cals), and the veggie/beef soup I'd made. I was satisfied all day, but the toasted bagel was the real treat. No change in my weight yet

You're not failing or a failure at all! The first week of the diet is almost over and you're still doing it! The weight will get going again, just hang in there! You're really doing better than you know :)

Day 5 now...  Day 4 turned out to be a mess! Thursdays are always hard because I have to go in to work, do errands, and then somehow come home and make something healthy for myself. So getting around to eating is usually last which can sometimes make me ravenous. I made some homemade cookies so my fruit wouldn't go to waste, but they turned out way too sweet for me, so I ended up just eating potatoes since they were handy. I later found out some close family members are ill and that's when I lost it!  I didn't (and don't) binge, but I definitely overate so Day 4 was an epic fail. It happened, I'm moving on. I don't weigh next day if I overeat whether on a diet or not since I know it's mostly food/water weight. Hoping for a better Day 5
