What's the most you've lost in 30 days and how?

I'll start


20 pounds by going vegan

Really? How many cal did you eat and what sort of food? Were you at a high bmi, normal or low?

 

I have no fast weight loss month by month sadly. I was always underweight. My highest weight at the time was 95lb 5"3. I lost to about 90lb 5"4. That took 2-3 months eating 1100-1500 cal a day. But my bmi was 15.8/16 

 

Now i lose then binge and gain it all back again,

20-25lbs, eating less than 600/day. I was a lot heavier back then though.

Well I was about 130 and 5'3 as well mostly just ate watery fruits and veggies

125-105 lbs (5'6) mid May- mid June
150-200 cals a day with 1-2 binges of 2000+ calories

Wauw, I always find this so hard to believe (not that I don't believe you, I just can not imagine) .... I guess my absolute record must been around 18 pounds. There was a short time that was also the avarage what I did lose, and I lost around 120 lbs that year. I was fasting through the week (ate two meals) and binging in the weekends. 

 

I just can not imagine how some people manage is to lose 20 - 25 lbs in a month!

20 pounds basically fasting, i had coffee and a little gatorade and that was it, i almost died i got so sick...i wouldn't recommend it

20 lbs but I was hyperthyroid at the time and on meds that restricted my appetite... ahh those were the good days.  I ate about 200-400 cal a day and did 1 hr and 30 min of yoga.  It was consistent loss from 135 lbs to ~100 lbs but I was still quite fat

My cardio was clubbing. After the weight dropped off I started heavy lifting.

When I first started, my first month I lost 45 pounds. But, my BMI started at 43, went down to 34.7 that first month. I was doing two hours of cardio every day, and according to the equipment, burned about 1200 calories in those two hours. Was eating around 800 cals a day then.

No I'm still losing like obviously I'll gain food weight if/when I binge but it's never more than 2lbs and always comes off

They say i'm plump, but i  throw up all the time.

Oh amazing. And what kind of monos do you do? I guess not the ones like chocolate or nutella with an intake over 2500 calories? Please tell me more :o <3 i also did monos before but I guess my calories were way too high so I didn't have great success

I did chocolate a couple of times and gummy bears and fruit and meat and carbs I try to just do everything but I only do them for one day unless I have excess of it I need to get rid of
