Wauw, I always find this so hard to believe (not that I don't believe you, I just can not imagine) .... I guess my absolute record must been around 18 pounds. There was a short time that was also the avarage what I did lose, and I lost around 120 lbs that year. I was fasting through the week (ate two meals) and binging in the weekends.

I just can not imagine how some people manage is to lose 20 - 25 lbs in a month!

yea I thought of was pretty common until I was acused of lieing bout losing 40 pounds in a little over 3 weeks looking hear I gues it's not common but I seasrisly did. I am a pretty honest person I have no freaken reaso to lie -_- bit I was obese at the time and I litterly workouted out for hours! And I mean all day long never stopes moving ran five miles a day walked and danced for 3-4 hours and ate nothing to 400 cals a day. And I kept it off. It's strange because I dident lose any weight the first week then it just fell off after that. I honeslty dident realize how uncommon it was until a girl on hear accused me of lieing. But I also think it's uncommon for obese people to wokeout 24/7 like that as well

About six hours per week, quick enough for my clothes to be wet, but not torturing myself either.

35lbs thanks to severe depression, no appetite, and being forced to walk for hours on end last winter.
