<500 cal per day (: If I went over I went on the treadmill to burn it off. I also slept with saran wrap to make me sweat (as stupid as that sounds). Plus I was overweight ):

Shit I meant to say around 20! ill edit that post rn haha. Ive lost more (I'm about 115 lb now if my scale is correct)

25lbs fasting


how much dis u weight before tge fast if you sont mind me asking ? and did it affect your academic performance ? and was it waterfasting?

40 pounds because I lived off of powerade zero and sugar free jello and ended up in the hospital lmao

~15 lbs because i had a crohn’s flare up and could barely eat anything. i probably ate around 500 cal a day

This year

I lost 18lbs in 30 days. Restricted to under 800 cals for 25 days then the last 5 days I fasted (coffee).

I am still fasting just now on 18 days then ill restrict again once finished x

So in total this year in 42 days i have lost 25lbs. Thats with 8 days of gains (not all binges mainly water retained due to fasting)


Bear in mind though that I’m at a higher bmi than most of u here x

i did 7 pounds in 3 weeks when i was 17. i went from 140 to 133 in 20 days. at the end i had a huge binge that involved a ton of honey and nuts, my body was so hungry

5 years later and i'm finally back at 139. this time i wanna do it better and slower so i can maintain the loss and actually get to my goal of 125.

around 35lbs by going on ritalin and only having 200 calories a day. With a 600 calorie binge and purge every now and then.

15lbs by walking a couple miles everyday and restricting at about 800 cals. Yes I gained it back later yes I’m trying to lose it again.
