20 lbs purging and 10k steps a day. i even purged water 😐

one day, you'll be thin enough, if you just keep starving.

Around 20lbs while restricting my cals to like 1000/day and eating mostly homecooked stuff. Didn’t move much and drank around 3 liters every day. This was in January/February and although I stopped monitoring what I eat, I haven’t gained anything back luckily.
