I’m going to be doing the ABC diet without fasting days (because I can’t fast lol). I realized I lost control over my life when I stepped on the scale and saw 147.8 🤮, so now we’re gonna try this diet again.

I’m gonna be doing this diet, but I know you’re supposed to start on a Monday. Today’s Sunday so I’ll add a new day at the beginning and make it 500 calories. Thanks for understanding lol.

I think I have a problem with Crystal Light lol. It’s sooooooooooooo good. I also did a Chloe Ting ab workout.

1.6 lbs lost since yesterday

1.6 lbs lost in total

So everything was going great until I binged. I don’t have any exact numbers but I’m assuming I ate around 1,300 calories. I did the Sydney Cummings 775 calorie workout but the scale will tell me tomorrow if it helps.

Today wasn’t good. I got sick and almost had to be taken to the hospital. I decided that keeping myself alive was a little more important than keeping under my calorie limit. I’m not sure how much I ate, but I know the body burns more calories when you’re sick so maybe that’ll compensate. The longer I talk the more I realize that me from a year ago would absolutely hate me and would rather me die than go over. I feel like a failure even though I’ve already lost 3.4 pounds (1.5 kgs, in case any non Americans are reading this). I also learned that not everyone sees the static today. I thought that everyone saw tiny dots moving all the time like static. Turns out nobody in my family or any of friends do. Do any of you guys see the static?

There was a lot of temptation today. I got an ice cream cone from Dairy Queen with all of my friends and I ended up throwing away probably 2/3. I know I looked stupid, but it felt like a small victory and I’m proud of myself. I read somewhere that there’s nothing you can do after you’ve eaten something, you can just go back to staying on track and stay positive and that’s what I’ve been trying. I just feel like I’m not hard enough on myself lol.

I just realized how much I miss getting Dunkin’ Donuts. My calorie limits are too low for me to have my iced lattes and still feel good about it. I don’t miss them enough to get one and go over calorie limits, more like just a little tidbit of my day.

I feel sad. I know I came so close yet couldn’t resist from a single starburst. It also hurts to have plateaued. I don’t feel like I’m in a good place mentally, but, then again, is anyone on this site? Isn’t that like the whole point of being on here? Would anyone who feels good about themselves or about life be on this site, scrolling through the endless pages of new ways to force you to hate you. Idk just late night thoughts. Anyways, happy Fourth of July to Americans and happy July fourth to other nations.
