I have a date coming up with my gf who I haven’t seen since before the pandemic and I know I’ve been gaining and losing the same 10 pounds over the time that I was with her. Over quarantine I gained a few pounds but I’ve been doing really well the past few months with consistently being in a calorie deficit so I hope that they are gone. (I’m too scared to step on a scale). The last I checked I weighed 163 and I’m hoping by now I weigh 150ish. Now I’m going to really take initiative and try to lose weight /fast/ by doing 500 cal a day up until the day of the date. I’ll keep you guys updated and I’ll weigh in the day of the date to let you know if I actually lost anything. I do have a question that goes with this, has anyone done something similar and lost a significant amount of weight?

June 28, 2020
Brekki: 2 egg whites (34) + ketchup (20) + coffee w/ almond milk (15)
Lunch: canned tuna (130) + light mayo (35) + kpop rice cake (15)
Dinner: swai (70) + watermelon (46) + cucumber (10)

Today’s total: 375cal

Hopefully I’ll do as well tomorrow but my parents know my history with AAN so I don’t know how long I’ll actually be able to keep this up but I sure as hell intend to.

Hi! My avg daily calories the past couple weeks has been around 450 or so, and ive lost around 5.6lbs in the past 12 days. I did just have a plateau that lasted like 4 days, and im at a lower bmi than you so my loss is probably slower. I dont know how helpful that is but hopefully it gives you some sort of reference point for what you'll lose. Good luck! x

Hey thanks! I’m trying to lose 10 pounds in the next two weeks. I’ve done it before at a lower BMI but I’m fearful that it wont happen this time bc I might binge or my parents might force me to eat more. It’s really important to me to look nice for my gf :) I guess ~6 pounds in 12 days wouldn’t be bad either tho bc something is better than nothing and ofc we’re going to the beach and the only swimsuit I own is a bikini

I weighed myself today and I’m on my period and I haven’t shit and I weigh 163 but these are just excuses. I feel like such a failure. I’ve been consistent in eating under my meal plan for the past month—most days I would eat 800-1000 cal, so why haven’t I lost any weight?
Im going to weigh in tomorrow too

I weighed in at 160.0 today so that’s a win!!! I’m very excited to lose weight.
On the downside everyone is always eating in my family and I feel so angry that I can’t just be locked away in my room (they always want me to join they for movie night and board games and whatnot).
Whatever, I’m scared bc of such a big drop that I’ll gain tomorrow but I’m hoping that I won’t considering I’m eating less than 500.
9 more days to go before the date.

Weighed in at 159.6 today and still haven’t shit. Hopefully I’ll see a big big drop soon. I want to be in the 140s by my date. Idk if that’s possible tho :(

when I was at my lowest (since developing an ed, I was actually lower before but then gained which caused me to go from dieting to starving myself), I ate 400-600 calories a day and lost really quickly, didn't exercise besides just walking around but I remember I would throw in liquid fasting days here and there too. thanksgiving threw me off and I started freaking out about losing what I'd put back on so I started trying a bunch of the diets on here like 2468 and mono diets, then tried to recover and became bulimic instead lol.

 

TLDR: you will lose fast, but you will have no energy, feel awful and binge at least once...

at 800 calories you can still lose almost as fast as 500, but I totally understand where you're coming from cause I'm in a similar place. following and hope you're okay!

Still 159.6 but when I weighed in I couldn’t pee, haven’t shit yet, and am still on my period. Hoping for a bigger drop tomorrow!

Yesterday I weighed in at 158.6 and stayed on track. I doubt anyone is actually reading this so I won’t bother adding the photos. I weighed in today at 157.2. I hope that I don’t weigh more tomorrow!!!!Today was a little harder but I made it to just under 500! I was going to purge today but Ik that slows down ur metabolism so I’m trying my best not to. I was so freaked out bc my mom forgot my veggie burger at home (safe food) and I had to eat a real hot dog. I didn’t eat the bun tho and I was told to have at least 2 French fries. So I barely stayed on track today. Not as much gap as I wanted but I’m still happy that I didn’t go over.

Best of luck xx I'm did 500 OMAD for about 2 months and I genuinely enjoyed it alot. Dropped alot of weight and I didn't experience too much fatigue.

I'm trying to drop regained weight from a like month long binge now though (big sigh) - so doing under 400 cal for this week.

 

I would say I'm both the like woo it works and ah you can crash and binge example so just be careful. 

My plan now, starting from next next Monday is 500 5 days a week, 300-350 the 6th day, and 900ish the 7th. They don't have to be order, but I'm hoping that will stop my metabolism tanking, stop the urge to binge and help me look a lil normal too haha

156.6 today. I can’t wait to get this fat off of me. My date was moved up to tomorrow but I don’t want to stop eating like this. I like this. I just wish I could lose even faster.

From experience, with around 500 kcal a day I was losing about 2kg a week
