What up, it's ya boi. Recently I've quit purging and started exercising, and as a result I'd gained a full 9 lbs (from 127 --> 136) in approximately a week. As of this morning, I'm down to 134.

I've been eating <800 calories a day and exercising every day but Sunday, but I've been Wholly Dissatisfied with my results so I'm trying something new-- the SGD.

Come along with me on this fucky wucky journey!

Stats:
Height: 5'8"
SW: 134 lbs
Start BMI: 20.4

GW: 115

i really wanted to make a they/them abbreviation of the SGD but it turns out STD. good luck with your STD journey  :wacko:

gw3: 143 (my old set point)

gw4: 136 (the weight at which I stop looking fat)

gw5: 132 (out of the 60 kgs)

gw6: 125 (the skinniest weight I properly maintained)

ugw: 120

uugw: 115 (my ultimate ultimate goal weight, not realistic but i'll fantasize nonetheless)

Be safe!! Try to get something down at some point, and stay hydrated.

Okay at this point I'm trying to decide if I want to go with net calories or not? I mean the thing that would put me over the limit for the day would be an apple and I know it says not count fruits or veggies but. I'm conflicted.
