Hummus fiends, rest easy! You could eat the entire container under 200 calories and zero fat. It’s great with cherry tomatoes and rainbow carrots. I love regular hummus but it’s just way too fattening and oily. I hope this helps someone! You can find it in the US at Whole Foods.

I feel the same way but the big difference I noticed was no oil in the ingredients and they use cauliflower. Go figure 🤷🏼‍♀️ Lol

It’s easy to make hummus on your own (in case you can’t find it) and if you insist you can just avoid using oil. I’m sure there’s recipes online or you can make your own and adjust measurements accordingly.

Omg their zero fat black bean and lentil dips are 11 calories per 2 tbsp, so 110 calories per container; I'm sold!! They also have whipped hummus in garlic and jalapeño which is 35 calories per 2 tbsp; how have I not heard of this sooner??

I didn’t know they had other stuff! I must try it! Thanks! And it tastes good too. It’s so hard to find low calorie alternatives that are better tasting than the regular brands.
