- eating
- tight clothes
- messy space
- being hot / sweating
- bloating
- being full
- eating when others aren’t
- eating when I’m alone

Having to eat twice as many calories before a physical to get out of the danger zone. It's not even the fact that I'm gaining weight. It's the sheer amount of food.

When I can feel the pressure around my back/sides from my bra after I've eaten.
When I'm sitting in shorts which is why I won't wear them anymore.
When I'm lying down and I can feel my neck fat gather.
When I look in the mirror.

Pooping. I went twice today. I should rejoice but all I can think about is when did I eat all of that food?

when beds/floorboards creak

wearing pants/sweatpants instead of cargo shorts or long straight fit jeans

when my little brother mentions that I'm getting my second serving of something/having a second cheesestick/etc

slouching (unfortunately I have scoliosis so -_-)

walking or biking up hills

my mom guessing my size

that I still can't fit into that goddamn size 31 jeans I bought 2 weeks ago eventhough this size 31 pants that I'm wearing right now is kinda loose on me like wtf

Putting jeans on and using a mirror to look at my backside and seeing fat sticking out on each side above my jeans.

eating when the people with me aren't eating. Even if they had eaten like 10,000 calories that day and I had ate nothing yet it makes me feel fat to be eating if they aren't eating at the same time

-Looking at clothes I used to fit in.
-Getting the urge to take nibbles of the food I’m cooking or lick my fingers if they get something on them.
-Looking at old pictures of myself when I was skinny.
