I don't have a scale atm, but I used to weigh myself with like sweatpants, or jeans and a sweater and shoes. idk why maybe I want to see the scale heavier so that I can convince myself that I can still lose weight without it being unhealthy. Plus I weigh myself like that at the doctors.

Never!! I always do it butt ass naked … unless at a medical appointment (then it is multiple layers of clothing, tons of jewelry, even maybe hidden   body/dive weights & definitely water loading as necessary) lol!!

No way. I feel like I'm cheating myself even if I weigh after having a few sips of water in the morning.

Yup. I just did it today. I feel like it softens the blow because I weigh 10000 lbs more than I should. The extra hoodie gives the number an air of mystery.  :lol:  :lol:  :lol:

I wear a knee length silk bathrobe which weighs next to nothing, my scale is in the living room in front of the window so I’m definitely not weighing naked!

I do. I don’t know why exactly. I guess I want to reach my goal Weight in clothing. Not to Get there, and then Get dressed and be out of my goal Weight lol
I still weigh without sometimes, but only the weighing with clothes on count and go on my daily chart👻

When I was at my lw I was always too cold to strip down and stand on the scale, now I still usually weigh with my clothing on becouse the scale is in the kitchen

I used to not but I feel like at my weight (high BMI) it doesn’t even matter lol

I USED TO ALWAYS BE NAKED!~~~
But now I find that I weigh naked once. Then I throw on some underwear and weigh myself. Or either a long shirt just to see what real difference clothes make. It's purely experimental I guess LOL.
So far I've discovered my clothing make zero difference on the scale which was hella interesting.

I weigh myself in underwear and a t shirt because they add zero lbs and I can't be bothered to take them off

Stuck at the surface.

 

Not making progress.

 

Falling apart while I'm trying my hardest.

I weigh myself all the time so sure. For my actual weight that counts I tend to weigh in first thing in the morning with no clothes. Then at random a few times a day with clothes. At the doctors I always wear the same outfit.

I weigh myself with clothing on. If i lost or gained a significant amount then itll show up either way. I guess im not obsessed with being a specific number but rather the idea that i need to stay under a specific number.

Yes and no.  I weigh without clothes but then add 6 lbs and record that weight.  I weighed my clothes on and off several days in a row and with clothes, shoes, phone, keys, belt, etc. there was a 6.0 or 6.2 lb difference depending on the day.  I record the higher weight because that's the weight the doctors see.  It also tends to motivate me to drop more.

That's me also and I always do it after I go to the bathroom first thing before Iv consumed anything . Or I won't wiegh myself in fear whatever I consumed even water may give a scewed number.

I always do. Once I hit 70Ibs I started to get scared of seeing it get lower cause I felt like it just indicated I was slowly getting closer to death. Now I can’t without some sweatpants and a tee on(plus underwear and socks).
