Hello everyone! This is my new accountability. I hope to reach my body and health goals with a zero carb diet. I'm 46.5kg with a BMI of 23. And my body fat is 26.5%. My goal is 40kg and 22% body fat. That's a BMI of about 19.5. My plan is to eat one meal* every other day and mostly raw carnivore with some cooked animal foods. My exercise is HIIT for 15 minutes 3 times a week along with strength training.
* I changed it to two meals every other day because it feels more sustainable to me.
