Hello everyone! This is my new accountability. I hope to reach my body and health goals with a zero carb diet. I'm 46.5kg with a BMI of 23. And my body fat is 26.5%. My goal is 40kg and 22% body fat. That's a BMI of about 19.5. My plan is to eat one meal* every other day and mostly raw carnivore with some cooked animal foods. My exercise is HIIT for 15 minutes 3 times a week along with strength training. 

 

* I changed it to two meals every other day because it feels more sustainable to me.

Following!  I'm also doing carnivore now, all raw :)  I'm fasting though for hopefully 10 days

How do you check your BF% ?   I am thinking about getting a dexa scan because my BMI is low for how tubby I still am

So it is about 12:39pm and I'm eating my OMAD meal. I will take a picture next time. 

I ate:

250-300g steak (i did not measure it)

100g raw butter

4 boiled eggs. 

 

I will fast until Wednesday once I finish this meal.

 

I did a leg workout and did HIIT cardio for 20 minutes. I also plan on walking 10km today.

All this protein and fat killed my sugar cravings, even though I binged on sugar yesterday.

I’m 46.3kg. Anyways can you guys give me some encouragement because this will be the longest fast I’ve ever done and I don’t want to break it early. I’m on hour 18 and have 29 more hours to go.

Idk if you consume salt? I used to drink hot salt water during fasts to ease into the not eating thing

I don't know.. it really depends on your goals and what's important to you.  If you really need to get work done and you think food will help, then yeah

Were you in ketosis before the fast started?

Idk if you consume caffeine, but if you do, that might help also

I don’t consume caffeine because it messes up my sleep. I wasn’t in ketosis before the fast started. I guess I’ll eat something then.

YEah, same for me with caffeine.  I think next time it will be easier for you if you're in ketosis before starting

It’s going fine. Today I’m eating steak for dinner. For breakfast I ate eggs. I’m quitting doing raw because I found out I have a parasite.  
Unfortunately I ate more than I wanted to yesterday. I notice I do that when I fast for long periods of time. I’m thinking about doing two meals a day instead. Then I won’t binge.

I haven’t posted on here in forever, but omg hey I remember you from the carnivore thread in the orthorexia forum!

I too have switched over to an animal based diet. Mostly carnivore, but I still eat some fruit because it doesn’t upset my stomach. Most other orthorexics I’ve seen on this site are vegan, so I’m glad to know that there are fellow animal based people here as well!

Woah, how did you find out that you have a parasite?!

Well I felt movement in my stomach and I look up some symptoms and I thought I had a parasite. I have a white tongue and bloating. Yesterday I went to the doctor and it’s just excessive gas that I was feeling so I guess I can go back to some raw meat again.

I’m about 102.5 pounds and I ate steak and that was about it. I’m really full from it. Sorry I be been slacking but I have been really busy. I hope I can stay consistent and remember to post.
