today is going to be a chill day hopefully

I have laundry to do and I'm going to check on some of my Master's applications to see if I've been accepted into any other programs or if there are more I can apply to.

I'm trying not to get down on myself. At least I know I can hit the 150s. I'll be there soon and hopefully never have to see the 160s ever again

I didn't bodycheck because I wasn't feeling myself and then today this fuckery happened

I truly do not know what happened. Like I'm sitting here and I don't understand how I gained weight.

Maybe it's because I stopped working out? I dunno. I'm not posting bodychecks because I'm just so ashamed of myself.

I think I really need to crack down on how much I'm eating. I need to stop going over my goal and disregard my exercise. I have it on negative calorie adjustment but something just feels off about it. I'm sticking to 800 calories ONLY. No more.

update:

I realized my calorie counting for yesterday was wrong lmao. I know exactly why I gained weight because I forgot I snacked on hummus and chips which caused me to bloat like crazy

so here's the correct count. I'm still going to reel in my calories for today anyway but at least I remembered what I did wrong

whelp I gained again

I went up 0.2lbs

I don't even know what I'm doing wrong anymore. I have zero energy to work out but I know I have to. I was seeing good results when I was working out.

Maybe I should just start fasting again lol

But I found some old quickie workouts that I think may benefit me. I'll probably also just do any 10 min Chloe Ting workouts

I don't have any body checks but I think we all have an idea of what I look like lol

Part of me wants to attempt intermittent fasting but part of me also just wants to restrict.

I'm going to map out my day if I do just restrict and see how well it'll work for me. I do need a bit more energy today because I have two clients back to back.

Garmin has been down since yesterday so my net total isn't accurate but I'm not too upset because I truly just wanted to stick to my allowed calories and nothing more.

Today was a really good day food-wise. I have been fasting from 9 pm to 1 pm (aside from my morning coffee with creamer) and it has been helping me to stick to my calorie goal and not feel too deprived of anything

So I haven't really been active lol

Garmin is finally coming back up which makes it easier for me to keep track of my life lol

I've been weighing myself still and keeping track of my calories but I just really haven't had energy or time to upload these past few days.

Anyway here are my body checks

last night and this morning

lmao, I'm still at 160lbs but like... I'm cool? I know I could restrict more but I like varying from 800-1000 cals. High restriction makes it less likely for me to binge. Today I planned for 1072 cals so I think I'll be okay. I'm still intermittently fasting (9 pm-1 pm) which is really helping at keeping me from overeating and whatnot.

Hopefully, I can see results soon. I know I should probably add some sort of exercise but I just really don't feel like I have the time unless I were to wake up early but even then I don't have the energy to do so.

Maybe I should just really do the Chloe Ting 10 minute videos or something. I know I mentioned it before so maybe I ought to start doing it.

we seeing progress I know I ”gained” but I also had a BM and I weighed after at 158.6. but hey! at least I'm not in the 160s

I'm feeling exhausted lately. I have been getting prone to migraines so I need to drink more water I guess. I probably also need to get a new contact prescription because sometimes I find it difficult to see far away

uh I also left my 1 pm snack in my car so I may be able to tell my client’s nanny I left something in my car or I will just have to wait until 3:30 pm today. it might just have to push through and fast longer today.
