i should probably start posting what i eat … lol

breakfast was a blueberry bagel and coffee (310 cals)

my goal today is 1000

i’ll probably have a fresco black bean crunchwrap for lunch (440 cals)

dinner is still up in the air. if i don’t have to work all day, it might just be an avocado roll. if i work all day, then probably nothing lol

i just remembered that my custom phone case is probably going to be ready today so i have to pick that up either today or tomorrow. of course, all dependent if i see my second client. i’m thinking i won’t have to see him but still patiently waiting for SV to get back to me on that

i totally forgot to post yesterday but i did weigh in at 156.4

it was 660 cals total

today i totally spaced on weighing in because my mom woke me up and needed me to do some yard work with her

i ate a bean burrito

i’ll probably weigh in right before i take a shower just to get an idea of where i am. i have to leave for work in an hour so i have to start getting ready. i’ll probably grab a coffee before i head into work and maybe take another bean burrito to have on my lunch

dinner is still up in the air. i’m really in the mood for pho tonight but that’s probably not happening since my fiancé has plans and i don’t really have anyone else to go with lol

okay so it’s monday 7.26.21

here we go

saturday, i had this for dinner and it was fucking delicious

i only had two handfuls of chips before they became too sweet for me lol and i just tossed them to the side. they were kind of like fancy bbq chips and i would probably buy these on my own. we only had these because my parents had company and their friends brought them and my fiancé and i ate them after they left lol

this morning i weighed in at 156.4 i’m surprised i didn’t gain anything but i didn’t weigh in yesterday so maybe i did bloat but idk

so far i’ve had a bean burrito and coffee. i might grab a black bean crunch wrap for lunch/dinner since i get off at 4 from work today

we’ll figure it out.

my eating schedule is so weird bc my work schedule is weird.

like a full day of work is typically from 11-8 so i’ll eat breakfast at 10, lunch at 3:30, and dinner at 9 but since i’m only working until 3:30 today i might grab lunch immediately after work or eat when i get home but idk

so lunch/dinner was this quick one pot pasta thing of banza pasta, corn, and chao cheese shreds (412 cals)

really feeling like a fat fuck tho lmao

i never take photos of my breakfast because i was im in such a rush usually but i had a peanut butter sandwich. i don’t know the exact cals but i’ll get that number once i’m off work and at home.

i want to do some grocery shopping today. i need to buy cupcake mix and maybe see about going to sams with my dad tomorrow to see if i can buy a few breakfast items in bulk for my bridal shower this weekend

i saw my favorite SV today. she’s also our BOSS (area director) and she honest to god terrifies me but she’s also so reassuring and has the most calming presence lol i was able to get a few answers on some questions i had and im sad that she will no longer be supervising one of my cases (she was only the interim SV)

oh well

i’ll post an update with my lunch and other snacks tonight

drank a diet coke and made this makeshift hellofresh recipe outta banza pasta and vegan shit i had lol it came out to around 578 cals

when i totaled my cals for today, it came out to 888 out of 800 so i did alright

currently working on hitting my step goal before going to bed. here’s to hoping i lose something

tomorrow i’m heading to sams with my dad and then i have drumming lessons and then i have to do some yard work

i leave for my drumming lesson in ten minutes. my dad and i went to sams and walmart, and we bought a bunch of stuff for my wedding shower on saturday

hopefully later today after i do my yardwork, i can go to target and buy a few things i still need

for lunch today i’m eating the leftover pasta i had yesterday

church tonight is going to be a fellowship, so we’re gonna have snacks. i’m probably not going to be able to eat anything there anyway so i should be okay. if anything, i’ll grab an handful of chips to not be suspicious and i’ll take something to eat

i’m haven’t been trying to even out my net calories this time around, so i guess i’ll allow myself some wiggle room if i happen to go over my calorie limit since i’m taking 10k+ steps daily

i’ve been having some steady weight loss. everything will be okay. i can’t lose too much weight anyway since i still have to fit into my dress so i think i need to hover around this weight anyway without bloating so idk how the fuck i’m gonna do that

hi

i forgot to update last night because the stress took over my body and i’m v depressed today

i ate the rest of my pasta and had a diet sprite with mango from sonic

my mom decided to pick a fight with me and increase my stress ten fold and i did my best to forget about her when i went to church with my friends. i made these

and i only ate one because i just grabbed a coke zero and sat down to talk while everyone ate. when i went to grab my container, i saw one left and i ate it to try it and i liked them but that was it

then last night my fiancé and i got into a fight about the wedding and our moms and i essentially shut down and turned off my phone so i wouldn’t have to hear his calls or texts

this morning i weighed in at 154.2

i had a peanut butter sandwich and coffee (380 cals)

it’s a 1000 cal day

i am working a full day today for the first time in a long while which means i won’t be done with my last client until 7:45

lunch is gonna be a black bean crunchwrap and maybe a potato soft tact

dinner, i bought these as well

so it’s been a HOT minute since i posted but here we go

can’t tell you want i ate friday or saturday because those days were stress-induced blurs. friday was prep for my bridal shower which was on saturday.

yesterday i had a black bean crunchwrap and a mac and cheese cup.

i’ve been having migraines but that’s because i screwed myself over and misses a dose of my preventative and missed two doses of birth control lmao

today THO

i weighed in at a beautiful 153.6

today i’ve had medium sonic fries (290) and a sprite zero, a mac and cheese cup (210) and now for dinner i’m eating the blue gardein packet (580) which amounts to 1080. i’m okay with that number.

my mom has been asking me if i’ve been eating. i think she’s noticed i’ve been losing weight. she knows i have a history with anorexia and even though she didn’t quite take it all that seriously before, i think she’s worried now since we’re close to the wedding that i’m gonna pass out or something

i think im gonna watch twilight again tonight lol i’ve seen all the movies already but i’m in the mood to watch them all again

so i haven’t been weighing myself.

i haven’t been counting calories

but i tried on my wedding dress and it felt loose in some places but it’s tight in one area and i KNOW why it’s tight but my stupid brain won’t shut the fuck up.

it’s tight because my seamstress made it exactly to the measurement of my rib cage. like there’s no wiggle room in there. i can’t take a deep breath without feeling like i’m gonna break something lmao

it zipped up just fine. it wasn’t until my mom did the latch that i realized why it felt tight like that in the first place. without the latch, it’s so nice. i might actually have someone undo it lol

it’s not even all that uncomfortable but who knows. i wonder if i can lose the fat around my rib cage. maybe that’ll make it fit better. or maybe i just need to adjust it once i’m actually in the dress and i sit down.

i’m reading that my dress will fit and that i probably just need to let my body adjust to wear it and i’m making a bigger deal about it than it needs to be. which makes sense lol

is that gonna stop me from restricting?

i haven’t weighed myself in ages

but this morning i decided

i’m 151.4

and like i stared at the scale for a good two minutes not sure how to process it

i haven’t been super strict about counting

i haven’t been caring really but i guess i’ve still lost weight lol

today is a 1000cal day. i’m getting taco bell for lunch 🥲 i’m a fan of the black bean fry burrito al fresco (duuuuuh) it’s only 440 and i’ve had a bagel already so dinner will probably be something light

i’m sore because i played softball on sunday and i think i slept wrong on friday because my shoulder has been feeling weird

i’m a little stressed out because wedding week starts next week there are still so many things to do but also like … i’m just ready to be over and done with it lol
