tbh if you hate them i would suggest finding a different snack. unsatisfying foods always backfire on me. hummus is delicious with cucumber, but i'm guessing you don't want the added cals (super good for you though!). idk i just eat them raw or in a salad, i like the crunch and the taste.

Hummus, Creole seasoning, soaked in vinegar and pepper, tajin, cut up with strawberries in a bowl with a bit of whipped cream edit: Silk makes a pretty good whipping cream btw

I spiralise them and add some soy sauce, a couple drops of pure sesame oil, rice vinegar, and ginger paste to make a super low cal cold noodle side dish.
If I want a main dish I add some protein and sprinkle a few other veggies or nuts around in there.

That first idea sounds so fancy!

I prefer pickles tbh. I like to pickle my cucumbers. Kills my savoury and sweet cravings. If you like pickles, maybe try pickling the cucumbers at home?

Or make cucumber salad from cucumbers, red onion, dill, regular vinegar, balsamic vinegar, a bit of sunflower oil and salt. Put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes then eat it.
I like cucumbers.. They're like my 4th fav vegetable.
I don't like the peel tho. I see most food pics feature unpeeled cucumbers. But i peel them. If you haven't yet, try peeling your cucumbers.

I put them in a bowl with radishes and soak them in lemon juice and salt. Leave the bowl in the fridge for 30mins to an hour. Been doing this since I was a kid and I love it!

I love cucumbers. Definitely a summer staple. I like to have them with lemon squeeze, salt, and everything but the bagel seasoning. I also like to dip them with low fat oil free hummus or (as an occasional treat) guacamole.
Honestly, any seasoning with it. You could throw it into salads, and mix it with plenty of foods. You could put them on rice cakes and in sandwiches (if you eat that). (Sorry I am a picky oil free gluten free raw vegan) My diet is pretty boring, as I also tend to eat the same limited things that aren't too fancy.
Fun Summer Idea: Put it in iced cold water for an at-home spa experience (also great for skin)

They are so good with hummus or a bit of salt on. If you like spicy food then dipping them in hot sauce is so good!
