~Reset Day 1~
>153lbs<
Breakfast is 2.6z of smoothie
Lunch is 2.6oz or 75g cheese
Dinner is one egg soft boiled
*21 days goal [end day is August 5]
All my meals will be no bigger than 2.6 oz, 75g, or 1/3 cup
I’ll update every day ..:)

151lbs
Homemade kefir breakfast
Snacked here and there a couple bites
But sticking to my portioned out meals for lunch and dinner also been working out , cheese for dinner
Hopefully after tomorrow I will break the 150 barrier, that would be wonderful
Anyone who wants to join me I would love support so I don’t give up doing it alone

Day 2 update
Well dinner didn’t go to planned gosh darn it, but I have decided to not fret about it , I didn’t have a full on binge so that’s good!
Life’s too short to not relax about food sometimes and enjoy some mother daughter moments
I ate a normal mexican dinner and got super full, so I guess this diet really does help you to not over eat....If you don’t override that feeling. Ugh I guess tomorrow we try again and shoot for perfection!

Parties always stress me out but I’ve realized in the end no one notices if you eat or not! So gotta test my self control Tonight and not focus on food! And try to enjoy myself:)

So here’s the thing. I love the 5 bite diet, it works! But if you don’t stick to it the weight comes back soo this is my last attempt, if I can’t stick to it then I will switch to high restriction calorie counting. Tomorrow we start smh

I actually have the book, and I have a snickers bar too, though don’t know if I’ll be able to Eat that.
But I’m determined to stay focused on my first goal weight of 140. Then I’ll be in the normal BMI range. I must get there by the end of the week! Okay, so here I go! I’ll be wanting to eat, but will try my best not to be food focused, and also can’t snack and tell myself it doesn’t count! Alright ciao for now
