Sadly I think easy precludes high pay and high pay precludes stress free....
Medicine, of course, is low stress, high pay, and very very easy

I guess it depends on exactly what you do in medicine, but I've never heard someone in the medical field describe it as low stress or easy lol.

You can write your own websites for yourself or for someone else. I think this is a good way to make money. It's not as difficult as everyone thinks. You will need a host and domain name, and to protect your site, it would be nice to get an ssl certificate. You can get it here ssls.com , and you're all set. Good luck with that

Teaching english or tutoring online. Relatively good pay and in demand, flexible hours. The only catch is you'll need to have some kind of bachelor's degree.

I second looking at creating websites (development and/or design). There are fairly easy ways to do so and jobs are in high demand, so it pays well (even with the virus).

There will always be issues with any job, developers for example have pretty strict deadlines they have to meet so a lot of stress, teachers have really low salaries (in my country) and so on and on. The best thing is to try to get a job in a field you actually like. You will be happier there than just doing something for the money!
