I decided I would post this so I would have to keep myself accountable. I'm setting an alarm on my phone to update this daily.
I feel too disgusting to post my cw, so I'll just be putting amount of weight lost in lbs.
This is going to be a 14 day challenge for myself, I'm moving soon so hopefully I can manage to move and continue this without any issues.
I'll be doing a combo of kickboxing (5x per week, 10 sessions total) and a set intake schedule. According to MFP (I don't fully trust it so I'll be using my FitBit too and just averaging the results) I will burn about 800 cal in a 45 minute work out. I'm already mildly active (I average 8-9k steps a day) as well. My TDEE is approximately 2200.

Day 2 (tues): 1200 cal
Day 3 (wed): 1300 cal
Day 4 (thurs): 1400 cal
Day 5 (fri) : 1200 cal
Day 6 (sat): 1000
Day 7 (sun): 1000 cal
Day 8 (mon): 1300 cal
Day 9 (tues): 1200 cal
Day 10 (wed): 1400 cal
Day 11(thurs): 1300 cal
Day 12 (fri): 1200 cal
Day 13 (sat): 1000 cal
Day 14 (sun): 1000 cal
I'll be starting tomorrow! I will *try* to weigh in everyday, however it may end up being every other day and a total lost on Day 15 (Aug. 3rd)
