Hello all! 

I decided I would post this so I would have to keep myself accountable. I'm setting an alarm on my phone to update this daily. 

I feel too disgusting to post my cw, so I'll just be putting amount of weight lost in lbs. 

This is going to be a 14 day challenge for myself, I'm moving soon so hopefully I can manage to move and continue this without any issues. 

 

I'll be doing a combo of kickboxing (5x per week, 10 sessions total) and a set intake schedule. According to MFP (I don't fully trust it so I'll be using my FitBit too and just averaging the results) I will burn about 800 cal in a 45 minute work out. I'm already mildly active (I average 8-9k steps a day) as well. My TDEE is approximately 2200.

I won't be using any equipment either since where I'm living currently doesn't have any extra space lol. 

Planned intake: 

Day 1(mon): 1400 cal 
Day 2 (tues): 1200 cal
Day 3 (wed): 1300 cal
Day 4 (thurs): 1400 cal
Day 5 (fri) : 1200 cal
Day 6 (sat): 1000
Day 7 (sun): 1000 cal
Day 8 (mon): 1300 cal
Day 9 (tues): 1200 cal
Day 10 (wed): 1400 cal
Day 11(thurs): 1300 cal
Day 12 (fri): 1200 cal
Day 13 (sat): 1000 cal
Day 14 (sun): 1000 cal 

 

I'll be starting tomorrow! I will *try* to weigh in everyday, however it may end up being every other day and a total lost on Day 15 (Aug. 3rd)

Hello!!
Update for Day 1 and 2: 
 My weight didn't change, but I feel like it's all water weight. I'd been terrible about drinking water the last month and a half and now I'm drinking about a gallon a day. I'm definitely holding onto it as I'm actually a pound above my starting weight for this. I'm REALLY hoping it's gone by Friday. Intakes were 1317 and 1228. 

I did this work out the past few days due to time: 

 

 

I'll be attempting a 45 minute one tonight! my intake is stupid high today before the work out, so I've failed in that sense. I did get paid today, so tomorrow I'll be going to the store and buying more dense foods that are more filling so if I feel like eating more I can get that full effect. My intake today is 1791. According to MFP if I do 45 minutes then I will burn 820, going with 700 since my FitBit stopped working.

Day 4/1400 cal. 

 

I have a pounding headache that I can't get to go away today, so I'm not going my work out. I'm going to swap today for Saturday just so I don't make it worse. Making a matcha latte, which will land my calories at 1,151. Based on my phone's estimations (Samsung Health) I only took 9,000 steps today. It's saying my total cal burned for the day is around 2,000 and I'm kind of grossed out at my total net being only -849. Really hoping my water weight fades tomorrow. I'm upping my water intake a bit more today to see if it will act like a flush. I can visibly see water retention in my legs, but still haven't lost anything. 

 

Word to the wise, DO NOT skip out on water ever be this water weight is a nightmare.

Day 5 partial update: 

So I think I'm going to go hiking + 15 minutes of kickboxing. My manager bought us pizza and I ate two slices like the pig I am. No surprise there. 
But with hiking I'll be going for almost 1.5hours, and with that alone in combination with 15 minutes of kickboxing I will be burning around 1100 cal. Hopefully this works out for me. I'll also be packing as I'm moving, so I'll probably eat something a bit more higher cal so I don't feel sick for all of this. 

Current intake is at 1,235 with the pizza. Dinner will put it around 1550, minus 1100 cal of a workout burn. 

If I don't lose a large amount of weight tomorrow..I may lose it.
