I’m thinking about doing a modified version of the 5 bite diet, same as the original one except with five bites for breakfast included. I’ll also probably allow drinks with super low calories, like Monster Ultra and Sparkling Ice waters.
For other people who have done modified versions of the 5 bite diet (or would consider in the future), what did/would you do to change it?
