it still hurts when i run and its start to frustrate me and irritate me. im getting anxious not getting cardio from running smh i used to run 10 miles daily i felt so good... anyway for it heal faster?? i tried taping but it still hurts when i try light jogging in my room

Best relief you can give it is simply to stand up straight with feet together and do a set of toe lifts, and then back of foot lifts, and then separate your feet apart and repeat the raises and drops. Otherwise you can search youtube videos for soleus stretches.

I was once told that you are what you eat and then I just cried and cried and cried cause no matter how much I wanted to be one I just couldn't bring myself to eating a skinny person.

Like seasnake said it's probably good to look for stretches that would help your injury. You could try to see if there's a low impact cardio workout that wouldn't aggravate your injury more.
