[23 July 2020]
I’m grateful for the Aldi staff who now know me by name (& thought I was vegetarian by the 9 boxes of mushrooms I had in my cart. that was a nice laugh.)

I am grateful because I didn’t wake up with dread
Oh, and that even though I was really stressed about intern, I managed not to BP AND my supervisor was really sweet about it. Am looking forward to her giving me more direction!

indeed!! thanks for sharing, it’s a good reminder for me to be kind to others because we never know how much of a difference we can make to others lives :’) wishing you a beautiful day today!

[25 July 2020]
I’m grateful that I woke up pretty positive today.
I saw a reddit video of a guy practising to walk again with a walking cane which makes me give thanks for my mobility, that I GET to walk and enjoy pacing and moving my body. We should never take these things for granted
I’m also thankful for the opportunity to be able to inspire so many new food & experiment accounts on Instagram which seem to be sprouting all of a sudden! No need to feel threatened or envious, I will focus on being thankful and proud It’s what I set out to do after all! “Do things in the interest of others and not yourself”. I’m thankful for the opportunity to put my values into action. You never know how strong your values are until you feel the cost are and the struggle with temptation and emotions.

I’m grateful for a fridge fully stocked with mushrooms
For being able to enjoy music and piano and reading once again. Starting to rediscover things I enjoy & can’t wait for my life not to be dominated by food.

For the grocery shopping memory that makes me chuckle from yesterday: a girl saw my 10 boxes of mushrooms and was like
“OI, YOU LIKE MUSHROOMS DONT YA” (lowkey rude lol)
but I like how I was able to, while taken aback, snarkily say “no, no I don’t!”

haha yes! Life is so much better without bulimia indeed!...

27 July
I'm grateful because i spent a really nice time with my siblings and I had the strength to manage to not purge...even If i had a lot of voices telling me to do it, I didnt. It's still a huge work for me to keep food down and nourish myself, but I'm really trying.

I'm grateful because I had a nice day, I was quite sensible and grumpy but I talked with my sister and we walked together a lot so I felt loved. I'm also grateful I have a roof, warm food and a lovely family, right know in my country is really cold and I have a warm home

(30 July)
I'm grateful because today was my grandmother's birthday and I didn't purge, I ate pizza and salad with lots of dressings and even though I had huge urges to b/p I didn't! I'm so proud of myself.
And I'm 3 days b/p free yay!!
