Today I b/p twice...which I'm not proud of ... I'm grateful for having such sweet sister who hugged me when I felt miserable.
(15 August) I also relapsed today but I'm grateful I have such a sweet kitty who sleeps with me and I can hug here when I'm sad

I’m grateful for my father and him still being healthy and strong at his age (67). I always worry at the back of my mind that something will happen to him because I love him to bits and he’s my rock (apart from God haha but likeeeee my dad’s physically on this earth xD)
I’m thankful that every day is different, and that I can also start the day with a crappy mood and end it alright.
That i’m starting to finally learn how to take care of myself.
That I can still find things to be grateful for despite not feeling too positive rn.
For my baking abilities and the joy and excitement in seeing my final products!!

I’m grateful that I’m not in an awful violent political context like Belarus :(
That I didn’t binge last night even though I was tempted to “binge and finish up all the junk”.
That I’ve actually managed to successfully eat most of the new treats without bingeing!

That I managed to feel a lot more in control of my eating
For safe foods
For great baking experiments
For every day being a new day and a new start!
For Sammi
For Kaci
For loyal followers who get angry on my behalf when someone stole my work
For getting excited about Reels instead of scared finally
For not having to end the day stuffed
For gradually being able to live more of life without constantly eating

I'm happy you are doing ok!
Sorry my late reply, I totally have forgotten to reply.
(16 August)
I'm grateful for having online classes that keeps me busy so I don't B/P
(17 August)
Today I b/p but I'm grateful a friend came over and he talked to me so I could calm down.
(18 august)
I b/p again sadly but my grandma hugged me tight and told it will take time to be fully recovered and it's ok to have set ups, that's normal and its part of recovery
(19 August)
I'm super proud of me because I'm 2 weeks selfharm free! I fighted the urges while talking with a friend and I'm grateful to have Netflix so I could watch Breaking Bad, such a good serie!
(20 August)
I'm grateful for a guy I met a while, it seems he likes me and I like him and today he's coming to my house so I'm kinda nervous! But I'm ready

Pd: missed you Boo! I'm happy you are doing oklove you and if you need to talk , you can ALWAYS DM me!!!

I’m grateful for an amazing day out
for hope
for every day being different
for a nice coffee with Sonya
for my new friend Lorelei being absolutely AWESOME and having such a fun time exploring London with her!!
for a smooth x-ray
for hope for recovery!!
for being able to enjoy an amazing cheap pastry in London before it closes without bingeing at all!!!

for being given a second chance. i went to the places i used to binge in London..and i didn’t. wow. and that felt amazing, a true testament to all the effort i’ve put in!! even though all the mental preparation before was so much effort, it’s worth it!
for finally being able to understand what the scared little girl in me needs, and give it to her.

Boo, you are such an inspiration and a beautiful soul!! I am so happy for you, you seem to be in such a better place now (hope that is not out of line to say, I do mean it well!)

I haven’t been keeping up with anyone on here unfortunately, but what is your scholarship for? Sounds exciting and like a great achievement!

Be well!

I’m grateful that I didn’t binge twice yesterday and slept instead even though I was on the verge of it.
That the purge wasn’t too awful(??)
sigh.
That I guess I’m pretty determined that this is a lapse and not a relapse. still rly sucks though ngl.
