I had a colonoscopy on the first of July to see why I kept passing blood clots and was diagnosed with diverticulosis. I believe I have it because of my anorexia, I've had anorexia since the 8th grade until now. If any of you have suffered with side effects like this from your ED, how do you guys handle it? My ED also had a huge impact on my dental health, I wanted too see if anyone else is dealing with this kind of stuff. I feel so ashamed of what I've done to myself 😓

•Height 5'1•cw:96 lbs•gw: 95-100 lbs(lowest weight that won't give me side effects)•lw:90-88 lbs(way too low, gave me unsavory side effects) 3493fb44 4d29 4cba 9872 37c6d0c2b5b7

I'm sorry your ED has damaged you like this. I also have done permanent heart damage and my bones are weak due to my ED. Remember it's not your fault that you developed an eating disorder <3

I'm literally just a mess at this point:

mess
/mes/

noun

  1.
a dirty or untidy state of things or of a place

  2. a situation or state of affairs that is confused or full of difficulties.

Screwed up my hormones, meaning irregular and very bad painfull periods.

I guess I screwed up my mental health permanently.

Dry af hair that just does not grow, I do dye it but 8/10 times its artic fox colors. Also I invest TONS of money in good quality hair products. It just does not grow.

24/7/365 exhausted and no amount of sleep ever helps.

EDIT:

A very low heartbeat(high 40's low 50's), used to be irregular as well. Thank god its just low now.

I dont even want to know the state of mu bones...
