I do this and I think it actually helps me look thinner. Vitamin D also helps my mood on high restriction days. And the sweat gets all the toxins out.

I try to take care of my skin the best I can be slathering cocoa butter all over after lying outside.

Any tips on skincare after sun exposure? Any other ways to look thinner?

drink lotssss of water while you tan! it will help with the bloating from dehydration and make your skin more hydrated which will help the tan not fade as fast. also if you work out before your blood circulation will be up which helps!!

I don't like tanning because it makes you age faster but yes tanned legs look sooo much better and slimmer than white ones like mine.

Please be careful. The lotion might help it look and feel better, but it’s not going to undo the damage. I used to indoor tan during the winter in high school and college and now that I’m in my 30’s I’ve had a few melanoma spots removed in the past few years. Fortunately in my case (so far) it’s been detected early enough that it hasn’t spread into anything that can’t be removed from the surface, but you never know: I also had a friend die from stage 4 melanoma not long ago. Almost everyone thinks it can’t happen to them when they’re young, but it’s really not that uncommon and can happen to anyone!
