I am 5'4" (or 163 cm)and I weight about 165 lbs (or 75 kg). Yes, I'm fat. Don't judge.
My TDEE without exercise is about 1200 kcal.

I'm 4 ft 11 and 106 lbs. My TDEE when very sedentary (lying in bed literally all day) is around 1300. With my regular weight training routine it's 1500-1600. With weight training and pacing, it's 1700-2000. With weight training, pacing, and stationary biking, it can go up to 2300.

.. are you sure? I feel like your TDEE being sedentary should be more like 1500-1600

I might be completely wrong tho, just wanted to point out that your TDEE might be higher than you think

1200 is what my fitbit just said for today (it's 20:00 here in Germany) and I didn't work out today. Cronometer gives me 1430 kcal as basic metabolic rate...

oo so if its 20 it will probably add at least 200 extra calories (4*52 for me) so it would be ~1400, right?

5'6.5 ~128, and apparently it's 1424? Idek though. I don't trust it, lol.

Part is where I'm at a higher weight but I have between 1 and 3 horses to do a day, run, and walk the dogs twice a day. I walk over 12km on a quiet day
