tbh i think your tdee should be much higher?? because mine is at 1500 and my bmi is much lower (no offense oh god sorry that sounds so bad!)

No offense taken.
Cronometer has my BMR at 1430, so you might be right. I explained further up that 1200 was my fitbit's data as of 20:00 on that day.

I'm 5'7ish (170cm), weigh 138.8 lbs (63 kg) and my TDEE without doing anything is at 1450 kcal. With a normal day of moving around and maybe some exercise I'm at 2200-2300 kcal. 


Height: 5'7" / 170cm 

HW: 147.9lbs / 67kg

LW: 118.3lbs / 53.7kg

CW: 137.6lbs / 62.4kg

according to my Apple Watch it’s between 1800 on my sedentary days and 2400 when I workout. but I dunno my body is kinda fucked after years in binge-restrict cycles and right now I’m currently maintaining on 1300-1500 calories per day for 2 months

5’2-3 and 102-105 when i’m working all day 1600, if not around 1100-1200 based off of my apple watch

5'7" athlete; 20% body fat w active job, TDEE is supposedly 2300-2500 but that seems really high...

I'm high restricting again after a period of binge drinking and semi-intuitive eating so if I'm actually losing on 1500-1800cal/day then maybe my TDEE is that high?


5' 7.5"

HW: 152lbs BMI: 23.8

LW: 128.5lbs BMI: 20.12

CW: 144.0lbs BMI: 22.6

Im 5’5” and 127lb. My TDEE fluctuates based on how much exercise I do but it averages to 1800 (I’ve done the math with the help of Fitbit)

alexander/19. i come and go every like 6 months. nothin diagnosed but my eating habits sure are disordered. height 1.89m/6'2" + change / cw ~190 / hw ~230 / lw ~180 / gw whatever looks good to me i guess

5'4" 130lbs, totally sedentary - 1590 according to an online calculator
Which sounds high to me, I seem to maintain around closer to 1300 lately but right now I'm still trying to get my thyroid levels back to normal (hashimotos) so that definitely effects it. When my thyroid levels are on track I seem to maintain at around 1400-1500, I am entirely sedentary though I don't do anything lol.

im 5'2 and my tdee according to fitbit was 3,251. I weigh roughly 130lbs. I have an extremely active job as a waitress and did a double shift, doubles give me the best tdee i always look foward to it


I went to lose some weight and all I got was this lousy eating disorder

That’s what my Fitbit has been telling me. I enjoyed pre-covid life because my job had me at 2000+ daily TDEE from all the movement

I'm 5'8 and 151 lbs. With moderate exercise my TDEE is 2200 and if I were sedentary then it'd be 1700.
