what are your mental or physical tips and reminders to deter you from food?

-thinking about how much fat it may have.
-if something falls off my plate and ends up on the floor/bed/table (or if i purposely drop it), i claim it's too dirty to eat (cuz it would be) and throw it out  (i feel like this ones normal but idk??)
-idk what to call this but a while back, my imagination got the best of me and whenever i would drink milk or have cereal, whether i wanted to or not i would immediately think there'd be bugs in my bowl/ glass, and i'd immediately lose my appetite

I think about how depressing it feels for me when I eat something I crave like chocolate, sweets, pancakes, casseroles, etc etc and then I am immediately tired and feel bloated and fat like I already failed.

I eat sitting in front of a mirror and that usually does the trick. Other things I do are put weird stuff on my food that I know I won't eat so that I don't want to eat it.

i look through threads of people talking about what foods they purged and think of the smell of the vomit. only keeps me good for like 20 mins though cause im a gross fat fuck lmfao

thinking off what the food will look like coming back up or looking at images of gross old rotten food usually does the trick

When I'm alone I imagine it being turned into fat or me getting to my sw.
When I'm with friends I just put a kilo of salt on it and say it's disgusting and I can't eat it.

i also distract myself, like watch a show, stay away from wherever the food is

Usually after I’m in the middle of a restricting/fasting cycle I just feel so sick whenever I do eat. Feeling like I’m going to be sick if I eat honestly just deters me on it’s own. Thinking about the sensation of swallowing and food moving through my body after also just grosses me out
