Just gonna keep it simple and count bites from now on. I've decided to limit myself to 25 bites of food a day :)

My stats are:
Height: 167cm
SW: 94KG
CW: 92.8KG
UGW: 57KG

I'll try to update daily :)

gym : no, exercised at home

honestly I thought today would be a day spent with my family but we all seem to be in a bad mood today. I guess my family is pretty dysfunctional tbh.

didn't weigh myself this morning.
bites : 25/25
gym : 1hr

I've been having some pretty bad BM issues lately (last 3~4 weeks). When I finished at the gym today I got sharp pains in my intestinal area and I am now bloated :)))))) god knows what the fuck is happening in there

weight: 90.5kg still (bloated as fuck and no BM)

bites : 20/25 (used 10 bites on a snack.. skipping dinner)
gym: 1hr

does anyone else get really scared when they're not hungry a few hours after a meal.. like did I accidentally overeat???
