I lost almost all of it doing the ABC diet! After that I just kept low restricting, I've been stuck in the 130s tho lol. Obvs there were days I messed up on the ABC diet, but my ed was really bad at that time so I didn't eat over 1000 cals for a few months.

I know 'starvation mode' where your metabolism gets really low is a thing when people eat low calories for a long time. Affter you were done with the ABC diet, how many calories in a day do you think you ate and how much did you gain if anything? I want to know if I can do a long-term low-calorie diet without gaining 20 lbs in a month after because I started eating 1500 calories or something, lol.

My metabolism definitely sucked after this, but I didn't gain, though I haven't been able to lose (that's my fault though, currently stuck in a binge/restrict cycle) I stopped counting afterwards, but I had a very low appetite. I'm guessing under 1k. But this was also the same time I got extremely into exercising and eating clean, and I feel like if that had not happened I probably would have binged back up. I pretty much slowly started eating more and just exercising to balance it out
